CS Sarrah H. Katawala

(FOUNDER)

Sarrah H. Katawala is a passionate and business-oriented woman who always had a strong drive to excel in her professional life. Her journey to success began with her outstanding academic achievements in school, where she was meritorious in both 10th and 12th grades. Sarrah’s dedication and ambition led her to pursue a career as a Company Secretary, where she achieved a remarkable 25th All India Rank (AIR) at the Foundation level of the Company Secretary course. She further pursued her passion for law and business by completing her BCOM and LLB degrees, securing an impressive 8.7 CGPA in LLB. With her entrepreneurial spirit, she started her own firm, Sarrah H. Katawala & Co., and now runs it successfully with a team of professionals, such as Chartered Accountants and Advocates. With the aim of taking the firm to greater heights and establishing a unique niche in business consultancy, she co-founded CONNECT2COMPLY LLP in 2023. In addition to successfully running her firm, Sarrah is a dedicated writer, creating insightful articles on corporate law matters. Her expertise and commitment to education are further reflected in her role as a host for various seminars, where she shares her knowledge and connects with others in the legal and business communities. Moreover, Sarrah is honoured to serve as the Chairperson of the Nagpur Chapter of ICSI for the year 2025, a position that reflects her strong leadership and desire to serve the ICSI community and contribute to its growth and success.

Ali Asgher Nomani

(COMPLIANCE OFFICER)

Ali is an experienced Compliance Officer with over 5 years of expertise in running the firm smoothly. He is currently handling compliances related to corporate laws for the Companies comprising of incorporation of various types of companies to strike off. He also looks after various registrations like intellectual property, GEM, and everything in the domain of business registrations. He is also a Custodian of corporate records, statutory books, and registers and is responsible for communication with various stakeholders, like Shareholders, Government, Regulators, Authorities, etc.

Sejal Suraj Wanjari

(COMPLIANCE MANAGER)

Sejal is a dedicated management professional with over 2 years of experience, known for her reliability and strong sense of responsibility. She holds a bachelor's degree in Arts and various certificates one of which is of Professional Banking. With a strong eye for detail, she makes sure that every client's file is maintained to the T. Apart from maintaining company records she also looks after office administration and accounts department.

Dhwani Kamlesh Thacker

Dhwani is a dedicated and eager-to-learn company secretary intern. She holds a bachelor's degree in commerce and has achieved 4th rank at Nagpur University.
